We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 - 7 working days  but we ask you to allow up to 14 days before reporting non-receipt of your item(s) - if after 14 days you still haven’t received your order, please contact us. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE ORDER LINE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES AS THEY WILL BE UNABLE TO ASSIST WHEN CALLING USE OPTION 2 ONLY

Most deliveries are made by My Hermes or Royal Mail, with some larger items dispatched by courier, most deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If you can’t be there to sign for delivery, you can specify a different delivery address when ordering online or by telephone, this may be a neighbour, friend or workplace address.


We offer a 14 day money back guarantee, allowing you the opportunity to buy any of our items featured on TV or online and, if not completely satisfied, you can return your order in its original condition for a refund.

After 14 days, if goods are faulty, your order can be returned. Upon return, the item will be tested and ,if faulty, a replacement will be sent out. If no fault is found the item will be returned to you.

If you do wish to return an order, please contact us to obtain a Returns Authorisation so your return is dealt with as quickly as possible. Please note that the postage cost for sending your order back to us will not be refunded after 14 days unless the item was received damaged, faulty or the wrong item was received the item(s) must also be in the original packaging.

If you are returning an item for a refund because you do not require it please remember returned goods must be within 14 days of delivery and notifying us of a return..
